Avoid the Warzone Neighbors

Living in a new neighborhood will either be one of two things: good or bad company. On your first move in, rest assured you will be totally clueless on the type of people you have around you. There will be great people around but there will also be the black sheeps who have various ways of depicting what getting along with is.
Such is the risk you have to take when you start venturing out into urban living. You simply do not know what to expect. The best thing to do is be mum in your first days and analyze your situation. If you cannot live with it then find another place to live in.
